With 28 years of experience in teaching, Terri Raciti founded St. Therese Classical Academy in 2013, driven by a deep passion for nurturing the unique gifts of each child. Her career spans a diverse range of roles, from teaching music, art, drama, and dance, to instructing in religious education and academics. While her degrees and certifications have been invaluable, it is her belief in the importance of educating the whole person—intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally—that has truly shaped her approach. Having witnessed the limitations of the traditional education model, she turned to the Liberal Arts through a lens of Faith, recognizing that a classical education fosters the ability to think critically and seek truth. Her mission is to guide students to not only discover their own talents but to embrace the beauty and purpose of their creation by God. With a heart full of gratitude, she continues to lead the academy, watching her students grow into virtuous, joyful individuals who are prepared to contribute positively to the world.
